Office Manager

Bookkeeper/Receptionist needed for a small, fast-paced office. The primary responsibilities for the Bookkeeper include AP, AR, and Monthly Closes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with bookkeeping procedures and must be an organized, self-starter with friendly, out-going personality. Will consider both part-time and full-time applicants, depending on experience and education.

 

Responsibilities include the following:

• Answer phones/Welcome all visitors

• Filing/Data entry/bookkeeping, including AP/AR

• Maintain/Purchase office supplies

• Coordinate team and client meetings

• Act as a central point of contact for inter-office events

• Support Client Service Director

• Assist production manager in all supplier/vendor relationships

• Assist strategists in conducting client research and competitive analysis

• Assist client service executives in tracking of budgets as well as monthly billing

• Coordinate in-coming and out-going daily shipments

• Assist office staff as needed

 

Requirements:

• Excellent computer and customer service skills

• Experience with accounting software

• Must be a team player

• Detail-oriented, multi-tasker and ability to work in a high-energy office.
