Do you bill for creative work before it is completed?

If we are working on a long-term project, such as a large website, television campaign or other element of marketing, it is Insight’s practice to progress bill for work presented and approved, with a final balance billed at the completion of the project.

Some ongoing clients prefer to pay a monthly retainer to help them maintain a steady monthly allocation of their annual marketing budget. In these types of scenarios some of the work might be paid for prior to completion while other projects might be paid after completion.
