Are you a social butterfly? Office Manager / Bookkeeper

Insight is looking for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support our team through maintaining day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping and record keeping, and general office administration activities. The ability to work and play well with others is vital. Must be organized and able to manage time efficiently.


As the Office Manager, you’ll ensure various supplies throughout the office are stocked, as well as welcome visitors and answer / direct phone calls. You’ll also coordinate incoming / outgoing shipments and assist in other office duties as needed. Bookkeeping duties involve using our agency management software, Workamajig, to input receipts, manage payables, create banking deposits, verify vendor bills against original purchase / insertion orders, record miscellaneous expenses to appropriate accounts, and send monthly client statements. Experience in accounts receivable and payables is a must, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience using Workamajig is helpful, but not required. Of course, when dealing with finances, being detail-oriented is a must.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of current working experience in accounts receivable / payable
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
  • Advertising agency experience is highly desirable
  • Must be a team player
  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasker and ability to work in a high-energy office
  • Experience with Workamajig is highly desirable
