The Production Manager role is the hub of agency, the traffic controller, if you will. They work with the entire team at Insight to ensure deadlines are met and client satisfaction is achieved. The production manager helps determine priorities, select vendors for production, and coordinate moving parts of multiple projects.
The Production Manager coordinates the agency workflow on a daily basis and secures vendor bids from printers, broadcast houses and specialty item manufacturers. They are responsible for bringing new ideas and techniques to the team for consideration. The Production Manager oversees press checks as needed, and seeks opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
Desired Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience working in an advertising agency or similar work environment
Must be organized and able to manage time effectively
Willing to be firm when setting expectations and deadlines, and help others follow through
Knowledge of the printing process, paper and ink selection is a major plus
