Operations Manager / Senior Art Director Ben Hodgins
As Art Director at Insight, Ben Hodgins has developed hundreds of award-winning print and interactive campaigns for Insight’s national, regional and local clients, including American Coalition for Ethanol, Century Business Products and Lake Area Tech. His commitment to Insight’s culture and our clients’ successes are hallmarks of Ben’s work ethic. In addition to working in graphic design, Ben also creates online components for local, regional and national campaigns, and is Google Web Designer Certified.
Ben focuses his efforts on designing everything from long-established editorial pieces to user interfaces for websites. His work has been recognized by National AAF ADDYs and MarCom Awards, and he has logos published in Logo Lounge.
Outside the office:
Ben is an all-out family man, active in both church and kids’ activities. He can routinely be found teaching guitar lessons, ogling muscle cars, or leading his son’s Boy Scout troop. Recently they embarked on a hiking trip to Colorado, climbing all 14,433 feet of Mount Elbert, the second highest peak in the lower 48. He’s pretty handy around the house too, and has completed a number of home renovation projects! Fun Facts: Ben is unapologetically in love with bacon, and is a fierce competitor when it comes to our annual Halloween Costume and Holiday Ornament Making contests.
