We have a flexible work environment. Everyone works from home one day of the week to allow for easier scheduling of appointments, activities and other events. Early or late lunches on non-telework days help you squeeze in those important appointments without dipping into your PTO time.
We also make it a point to have “scheduled fun” – time away from the office, just having fun and getting to know each other socially.
