Insight Cares Donation – Candy Van Dam

Chief Strategy Officer Candy Van Dam selected our next organization, Dakota Lions Sight & Health, to receive a $100 “Insight Cares” 18th anniversary donation on her behalf.

“Each year Dakota Lions Sight & Health helps thousands of people live fuller lives through the gift of sight and tissue donations. The nonprofit eye bank has four offices throughout South Dakota and North Dakota. This year the eye bank is celebrating 30 years of eye and tissue donations. The organization is continually expanding its services and programs, and recently launched a birth tissue program, collecting placentas, umbilical cords and amniotic fluid that can be used to treat burns, wounds and neurological damage, among other conditions.”
