As a 1-on-1 in-home pediatric care business, Universal Pediatrics needed to recruit more nurses to their staff so that children with severe medical needs could return home from the hospital and live ordinary lives in the comfort of their own homes.
Universal Pediatrics is based in Urbandale, Iowa, but serves both South Dakota and Iowa. Our research showed the company could benefit from both a branding and recruitment campaign to educate residents on Universal Pediatrics’ mission and to recruit nurses to the company.

Vehicle wraps, driven around the states by UP staff, brand the company and spread awareness.

A combination of branding messaging and testimonials for the recruitment campaign work together on social media, while Google display ads are state-specific, driving
home the local feel.

LANDING PAGE

With a focused online advertising effort geared towards recruiting, the campaign needed to drive clicks to a landing page that was rich with information regarding the benefits, rewards and satisfaction of working at Universal Pediatrics.
Insight developed this landing page, complete with compelling stories of children who benefit from specialized nursing in their own homes, and an interactive map that allows applicants to view openings specifically in their own area of the state.
Insight created a 30 second animated television spot to have clean visuals that tell the message of a child being in the care of multiple workers in a hospital setting versus being cared for in the comfort of home by one single nurse. The video was aired on television as well as their website.
