What do a golf ball, hex nuts and LifeSaver candies have in common? They are the basis for several of this year’s Classic Christmas Ornament creations. One of Insight’s Christmas traditions is the annual ornament contest. Each Insight team member creates a hand-made ornament – and competes for a cash prize, of course.
All of Insight’s staff members vote for their “favorite” ornament. The judging is “blind,” meaning we don’t know who has created any of the ornaments (except of Doug, who collects and displays the ornaments for judging).
The only judging rule is that we can’t vote for our own ornament. After voting, the creators of each ornament are revealed.
The 2016 ornaments are now on Insight Marketing Design’s Christmas tree, along with a dozen years of ornaments from Christmases past.
We’ll draw a name from the responses after Christmas, and send the winner a signed and numbered Classic Christmas Traditions print.
